SUNDAY AFTERNOON: 4/22/12
While this delicious mix is not preparing me for any trail running today, hopefully it is fueling my body for the treadmill!
I arrived home not really very hungry (I blame the pizza...). I opted to have a small 1/4 cup-yet still calorie dense- portion of trail mix for "lunch" before I head to the gym. Probably will be hungry and chow some veggies when I get back, but who knows?
DEE-licious!
Off to use these nuts to help power me through a run! Goal is to do 3.1 miles, but my legs are feeling a bit of fatigue from yesterday's chilly run along with sitting in the car the past two hours. Makes me so mad how I can be not really moving at all and it makes my body feel worn out!
Here's to 3.1!
