Monday Afternoon
Ever feel run down and you have no clue why?! I slept great last night, it's not been that stressful of a workday, I am not sick... It's not like I am dead on my feet or anything but I just feel kind of blah. Hoping that goes away soon since it always makes me maker poorer nutritional choices!
I.E. Today's lunch of leftover Chinese and a teensy bowl of PB & choco chips...
I was sorely tempted to add more foods because it's one of those days where I feel like a bottomless pit, but I refrained!
