Friday Afternoon
With the romaine in my fridge and the abundance of food last night's dinner made, lunch was easy to come up with today!
Power Packed Beans and Rice Salad:
difficult instructions- 1. Heat up leftovers
2. Put them on lettuce
3. Consume with a fork (or fingers if you so choose)
But wait...where's the rice and beans?!
...it was just hiding :)
Easy, yummy, and hopefully seriously power packed 'cause I'll need it for turbo tonight!
