BREAKFAST...OR LACK THEREOF...

I am not having a normal breakfast today, but today is not a normal day. I am actually not eating at all since today is Dig IN!!! Dig IN stands for both digging into good food and eating awesome food made by Indiana chefs. I am sure you have seen my Dig IN glass from last year featured several times...

This will be my second year going to this event and last year we did not go prepared at all! We shouldn't have eaten breakfast for starters. The event is from noon to 5pm and last year we didn't get there until 2:30. We didn't realize JUST HOW MUCH food there was going to be. We wanted to try everything, but there was no way. And that was a shame because the food at this event is really the best of the best.

This year we have our game faces on :) We are getting there right at opening and staying until close. We are going to pace ourselves throughout the day and make this literally breakfast and lunch and maybe supper?

Very excited to try foods from our favorite restaurants and some that are new to us as well!

(Did I mention wineries set up here too? Cause they do... :) )
