Friday Morning
Breakfast felt very proper in covering groups this morning:
Fruit- cantaloupe
Dairy- cheese
Veggies- mushrooms and peppers
Protein- eggs
I made a delectable omelette with 2 organic eggs + a bit of egg whites to beef it up. Cooked it with thyme and pepper.
Then added mushrooms, green peppers, 1 piece of American cheese and a bit of grated goat cheddar cheese.
Cantaloupe on the side!
'Twas delicious!
I can't believe it's already Friday again, but I'll take it! Big plans for tonight!!
*Just realized I forgot to add my booty call! 30 minutes on the gazelle per usual
