Saturday Morning
Par for the course for a Saturday morning I ran my 3.1 at the gym. I kept reminding myself it was my LAST 5K before Hawaii so I was pushing to the max to break 29 minutes...and I did it!!! 28:55 :) It was TOUGH by the end and I was sweating enough for a small ocean, but I was so proud!
Before I hit the gym I fueled up with a banana swiped with white chocolate wonderful.
Now it's time to do some serious cleaning in my house because we are having friends over tonight!!
