FIBER WON

Tuesday Morning: 4/24/12
Simple, cereal breakfast today. Had about a cups worth of Fiber One bran with a TBS of Justin's maple almond butter.
We have a box of Fiber One to use up, and I do enjoy the taste but we do not buy it often. While low-calorie with a decent nutritional profile, it has aspartame in it and we try to avoid artificial, chemical-laden sweeteners. It's unfortunate that both Whole Foods and Trader Joe's (our closest organic, all-natural health food stores) are both an hour away in Indianapolis and some weeks just don't allow for a trip. So when we are chock out of cereal and are relegated to going to our local grocery for supplies Fiber One is a better choice than most.

The Justin's on the other hand is ALWAYS an excellent choice :D (Not to mention delicious!)
Ingredients: dry roasted almonds, maple sugar, organic palm fruit oil, sea salt
How's THAT for an ingredient list?!
See that graininess in the butter that makes for such an incredible texture? YUM! I keep it on the spoon and repeatedly dip it into the cereal to pick up pieces so that every piece gets a little love :)

This morning's booty call was the usual 30 minutes on the gazelle and some stretching!
