FOUR SISTERS SOMEWHERE

Monday Morning

This morning we were up pretty early because today was our "Hana Day." There is a city on Maui (a tiny one) called Hana and the ONLY way to get to it is by driving the Hana highway. A severely curvy, beautiful, slightly dangerous mountain road that is only 35 miles long but takes over an hour to traverse. Tons of one lane bridges that you have to yield to people at and lots of corners you have to take without knowing if there is someone coming from the other way. But the beauty of the drive and all the neat pull-offs make it an event that anyone going to Maui must do.

On our way to the RTH (road to Hana) we stopped in Wailuku for breakfast. I had read about a local place called Four Sisters Bakery that was supposed to have amazing pastries. So we parked and went inside...
And were seated into a restaurant! We realized there was a Four Sisters Kitchen AND a Four Sisters Bakery. Zach even ordered an orange juice before we figured out that we were in the wrong place. So he chugged his oj and we paid and went the block further to the Bakery :) There we got two pastries and shared them for breakfast.

Then it was on to Hana!
