PB&J GRAHAM CRACKER OATS

Wednesday Morning


Breakfast was bountiful today! Made up a beautiful, delectable pot of oats.
Stovetop:
-1/3 C rolled oats
-1/2 C unsweetened almond milk
-1/4 C water
-pinch of salt
-1/2 ripe banana whipped in

Stirred in at end:
-heaping tsp. of PB
-cinnamon
-vanilla
-flaxseed
-other half of banana
-TBS cottage cheese (NEW!)
*I had read about people adding cottage cheese to their oats and wanted to give it a try- love the texture and flavor it added! It may sound strange, but it's awesome!

Toppings:
-1/2 crushed graham cracker
-2 TBS crofters North American super fruit spread
-baby spoon of Dark Chocolate Dreams
With everything stirred in it's like a whole new bowl!
Gazelle, 30 minutes, booty call complete!
