Got a later post because tonight we got to go to Bible Study! I was so thankful to be going tonight! We had to miss several weeks for vacation, and then we have not had it the past couple, so it was so nice to get back to our group.
It was so nice to go the gym tonight. I did 10 minutes on the elliptical (89 cal.) and 30 on the treadmill (309 cal.).
We didn't have time for dinner after the Y so now that we are finally back home I am enjoying this:
