I believe that eating should be healthy. I believe that eating should be fun. And most of all I believe that healthy eating IS fun...and I'm out to prove it.
Breakfast this morning was....leftovers!! Haha we had accumulated chips with queso and salsa along with the rest of my chow mein from the food truck. We knew we would never eat them, so breakfast they were! (Sadly, better than yesterdays :) )
Then it's off to enjoy our last FULL day on Maui!!
