RABBIT FOOD

Monday Afternoon


I told you that you would be seeing lots of two things this week, remember what they were? Lettuce and cheese! So lunch features lettuce and dinner will feature...you guessed it, cheese.

Today's salad was super simple.

The leaves:
-spinach
-green leaf lettuce
-arugula
The stuff:
-cherry tomatoes
-carrots
-green pepper
-pickles
The dressing:
-balsamic
-honey
-gourmet salt
Perfect backdrop no? :)

Afternoon workout was three rounds of best abs by Tone It Up and another 20 minutes on the gazelle. I am going to be doing that ab circuit 3 times through each day for the next four days- final Hawaii push!

It's finally to the point where I can start putting stuff in suitcases. I can hardly believe it...
