TAPAS ON THE BEACH

Sunday Evening

Got ready for dinner per usual

Dinner tonight was at Rum Fire- the coolest looking place! We had a view of the ocean on a super cool patio and we immediately fell in love with this restaurant.

Zach and I ordered this giant drink to split:
So big that we wondered if we could even finish it all, but we sadly discovered it was mostly ice! It actually didn't take that long to drink at all! So I got this mai tai to accompany my meal.
We got three tapas to split: Kim Chee Fried Rice (our favorite and OH SO GOOD): oyster sauce, kalbi, portuguese sausage, kim chee
Angry Mac N' Cheese :) : pepper jack cheese, smoked jalapeƱo, tomato "crust" powder, and nueske's bacon
Sticky Chicken Wings with baby Waffles (I just had one wing): buttermilk brined, hawaiian chili pepper honey, baby waffle
We loved this dinner! After walking around some we made our way to Dukes where we had been told we HAD to try the hula pie. While waiting for a table I got this chocolate banana drink.
Then we ordered our hula pie (and some waffle fries that Zach wanted but I only had a couple of those because the pie was SO huge!)
This pie was sky high!! It was basically an ice cream pie and we totally destroyed it :D

Another fantastic evening :)
