TIME FOR CHANGE

Sunday Evening

Well, for rolling change anyway! :)
It is tradition that every year we save change in buckets until vacation time and then roll all the change and cash it in for a bit of extra spending. It honestly gets less each year because we just don't use cash that much. The year we went on our honeymoon though I had been a waitress and acquired a TON of change each day and we had over $500!!! That was crazy.

After the Father's Day party today I headed over to the gym and got in a great workout! Did 35 minutes on the arc trainer (370 cal. burned) and 25 minutes on the treadmill (305 calories burned). Got home and did one circuit of the best abs workout.

We went to Wal-Mart to pick up some stuff for Hawaii and by the time we got home I was famished!

So commences the week of eating whatever we can come up with from our fridge/freezer/pantry. We especially have a lot of lettuce/cheese to eat. Tonight I made a salad with spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, pepperjack cheese and italian dressing.

Also split an Ezekiel bun for two delicious halves. One half with white chocolate wonderful + honey and the other half with pomegranate Crofters + fontina cheese (melted under the broiler).
It was great!
Time to help out my husband with the change...
