A JIFFY IS WHAT?

Wednesday Afternoon

I threw this lunch together in a jiffy today! (What's with the strange words today that I don't really know where they come from such as chipper and jiffy...)

Green leaf lettuce kitchen sink salad. Meaning I threw everything in my bowl except the kitchen sink.
-cherry tomatoes
-yellow pepper
-red pepper
-celery
-carrots
-Annie's asiago dressing

It tasted...like a salad! Haha, not amazing but not disgusting, just...full of nutrients- which is always good!

Did a Shred with Jillian workout at nap-time today. Fourth time so far. Once I have done level one 10 times I will move on to level 2!!
