Gotta be quick, time for us to head out the door! Car breakfast on the way to St. Louis?
Remember what I have said before about eating different sized breakfasts depending on the energy level you are about to exert? An apple is definitely all that is necessary for the upcoming 5 hour car trip! Not a lot of energy used there. Though I do have pretty wild in-my-seat dance parties on trips... :)
