Hi guys! :) Sorry for having to play catchup all day today! But let's get on to this morning's fabulous breakfast...

A whole-grain waffle with a bit of Maranatha PB and half of a banana all smushed on. Side of 100% maple syrup.

I swear there IS PB under there!

Mmmm-mmmm was this delicious. Made me happier on a Monday that's for sure!

What else made my morning happier? Why 30 minutes on the gazelle of course. Another week begins... Can't believe we are already this far into September. Crazy how time flies like that!!
