ON EDGE

Wednesday Afternoon: 5/9/12


We've officially made it half-way through another work week. Let's celebrate with a "use-every-vegetable-in-the-fridge" salad.

-Carrots
-Red pepper
-Yellow pepper
-Green onion
-Cucumbers
-Cherry Tomatoes
-Avocado
and a hard boiled egg all on a bed of romaine.

I dressed the salad with a drizzle of honey + a drizzle of EVOO + sea salt


Hard boiled eggs and avocados are two of my ultimate salad topping choices.
Also, the dressing was GREAT! Way better than any kind of dressing from a bottle and so natural. The sea salt especially lends the perfect extra something to a salad.

I devoured this.

Afternoon workout today was many different arm exercises with free weights and one circuit of Tone It Up's Best Ab Circuit.
